For installing unknown source application which is not in tizen store.
This flashing process is not factory reset so it will not change your app installed and data.
Follow the instruction below:-

Step 1:- Download Firmware update for Samsung Z1 by clicking Above download button.
Step 2:- Download odin3 Click Here
Step 3:- Download USB driver for samsung Click Here
Step 4:- Extract all zip file downloaded in your computer.
Step 5:- Install usb driver in your computer
Step 6:- Turn off your tizen device & go to download mode( press volume down+Home+Power together, you will ask to continue or cancel, Volume up for continue)
Recommended battery charged more than 90%.
Step 7:- Connect your tizen devices to computer using usb cable
Step 8:- Run odin application in your computer. wait until it detect your device (ID:COM: with blue color in left up side)
Step 9:- Click AP button in odin application and load Firmware update( rootfs.tar.md5 or .tar file)
Step 10:- Click start button & wait until the process finished(Pass!)
After that tizen device restart automatically
